Advocates for Children in Therapy: Attachment Therapy Videos Now Available Online
Advocates for Children in therapy (ACT), a not-for-profit organization, now has a You Tube channel consisting of videos showing actual footage of some of the so-called therapies that we oppose, including this quackery being practiced on infants. Click here to view them. More videos will follow. Note that this is direct evidence of videos of what is actually done, not anecdotes and with some of these “therapies” and as attachment expert and critic Beverly James pointed out in an interview on one of the videos, it is highly doubtful that any human subjects committee today would even approve a research study and we wouldn’t be allowed to do this to prisoners of war.
Hopefully this will give people a better understanding of what it is we’re objecting to and why we will not allow legal threats or cyber smear campaigns to pressure us into backing down.
